Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with every purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we make it right.

1. Return window

• Most items: return within 7 days of delivery.
• Damaged/defective items: notify us within 24 hours, free pickup + same-day refund.
• Wrong item received: notify us within 48 hours for a free replacement.

2. How to return

1. Email sekharsupermarket@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 90000 00000 with your order number.
2. We’ll send a return pickup within 1 business day.
3. Pack the item in its original packaging.
4. We’ll process the refund within 3 business days of receipt.

3. Refunds

• UPI/Net Banking/Card refunds reach your bank in 5–7 working days.
• COD orders are refunded to your UPI or bank account.
• Original shipping is non-refundable unless the return is our error.
